Role & responsibilities

Role Packing Executive will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation, maintenance and performance improvement of all the packing machines within the plant. Role requires robust technical competency, maintenance knowledge and the ability to guide and develop the technician/operators

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on packing machines with strong practical skills
2. Execute changeovers /startups Variety, Skus changeovers and settings
3. Plan and execute Preventive, Predictive and Annual maintenance activities
4. Handle spare parts of packing machine, coders, check weighers and associated equipments
5. Work on reducing laminate wastage and reducing equipment downtime, support in modifications, fabrications and improvement job on the packing machines

Maintain and operate coders, printers and check weighers
7. Should be Familiar with Omori, flow wrap, Bosch and Unipack Packing machines, advantage if familiar with Ishida/Bizerba check weighers and Printers & Coders - Markem/Domino/Control Print
8. Guide technician and support in their skill development, train operators and help them to move towards technician level
9. Documentation part – Keep all records, maintenance records and history cards for all packing machines, coders and check weighers

Preferred candidate profile Working Knowledge on Horizontal Packing Machines.
