Role Description The Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajingar. This position is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and performing preventive maintenance activities according to schedules and standards.

The Maintenance

Engineer will collaborate with operations and production teams to minimise downtime, maintain maintenance records,



and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role may also involve coordinating with external vendors, following safety policies, and contributing to root cause analysis and reliability improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance Engineering experience, including troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess proven expertise in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance schedules.
- Candidates should possess applicable Electrical Maintenance skills for industrial equipment and systems.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance environments is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use maintenance tools safely, and follow safety and compliance standards.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
