Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Engineer role based in Haridwar.

The Maintenance

Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and utility systems to ensure smooth, safe, and continuous operations. Daily activities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing corrective and preventive maintenance, and documenting maintenance activities. The role involves coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance, supporting equipment upgrades, and complying with safety and quality standards.

The Maintenance

Engineer will also assist in optimizing maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to support production and utility systems.
- Candidates should possess core Maintenance Engineering skills, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance routines.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Maintenance skills, including basic electrical diagnostics, safety practices, and repairs of electrical components.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance, preferably in consumer goods or houseware production.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use maintenance tools and instrumentation, and work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
