- Handling entire final assembly line machine and equipment's devices Responsible for all Testing, & Final assembly machines downtime Carry out Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
- Periodical review of PM activities based on breakdowns.
- Carryout Troubleshooting and fixing the machine when there is a failure.
- Should predict the problems on the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown.
- Problem solving through CFT Team and using appropriate problem solving tools. Tooling management.
- Establish and monitor the MTTR & MTBF for testing equipments and entire line Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns and its closure.
- Responsible for testing & trouble shooting of product failures and provide quick solutions to the production lines.
- Yield Analysis and Documentation.
- Supervision and training of all testing stage technician. Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance.
- Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts. Implementation and maintain of TPM.
- Responsible for Continuous improvement Responsible for individual target and department target.
- Co-ordination with PO for improvement activities.
- Prepare the check sheet and work instruction as per the requirement and changes Maintaining the documents as per the audit Start up activity during long time machine ideal Poka Yoke Kaizen activity
