Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime.

- Monitor critical utilities such as compressors, STP, AHU, and related systems.

- Maintain equipment maintenance records, downtime reports, SOPs, and schedules.

- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.

- Coordinate AMC renewals, external service providers, and maintenance contractors.

- Supervise electrical, mechanical, and civil-related maintenance works.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, health, and environmental requirements.

- Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.





- Monitor maintenance expenses and support cost-effective maintenance practices.

- Report maintenance activities, breakdowns, and work status to management.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.

- Positive troubleshooting, coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
