: Machine Operator (CNC / VTL / Lathe)

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented professionals to set up and operate CNC, VTL, and Lathe machines. The ideal candidates will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality precision parts according to technical drawings and engineering specifications.

Core Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Safely set up, adjust, and operate CNC, VTL, or Lathe machines to perform production tasks.
- Job Setting: Execute machine setup and job setting efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Machining Operations: Perform standard machining processes including Turning, Facing, Drilling, Threading, Knurling, and other related tasks.
- Parameter Adjustment: Read and adjust machine parameters including Feed and Speed to optimize production efficiency and tool life.
- Quality Control:



Measure and verify dimensions of finished workpieces using precision instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges to ensure compliance with strict specifications.
- Technical Blueprint Reading: Interpret industrial technical blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or ITI certification in a relevant technical trade (e.g., Machinist, Turner).
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of CNC, VTL, or Lathe machinery operations, controls, and setups.
- Experience: Prior practical experience in a relevant manufacturing or engineering field is highly preferred.
- Precision: Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and solid technical drawing literacy.

Employment Details

- Work Location: Bagroda Industrial Estate, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 464993.
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
