Responsibilities o Install, configure, and maintain CICS environments.
o Manage CICSplex infrastructure.
o Support transaction processing environments.
o Troubleshoot availability and performance issues.
o Support upgrades and migrations.
o Ensure resiliency and disaster recovery readiness.
o Integrate CICS with DB2, MQ, RACF, and z/OS services.
