What will you do?
You’ll be the creative force behind a lot of what people see from us.
- Create static creatives for social media, campaigns, internal communications and more
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- ✨ Create motion graphics and animations that bring ideas to life
- Turn briefs, ideas and sometimes very vague instructions into scroll-stopping content
- Adapt creatives across different platforms, formats and dimensions
- Experiment with new visual styles, trends, formats and creative ideas
- ? Work closely with the marketing, content and brand teams to bring campaigns to life
- Keep an eye on what’s trending and figure out how we can make it our own
What are we looking for?
Someone who:
- Is comfortable with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva or similar
- Can edit videos and create basic-to-intermediate motion graphics
- Is obsessed with good design (or at least spends way too much time noticing it)
- Understands social media and what makes people stop scrolling
- Is curious, proactive and willing to experiment
- Can take feedback, iterate and come back with something better
- Has a portfolio — college projects, passion projects, Instagram pages or personal experiments absolutely count
