Role Overview We are looking for a mid-level AI/ML Engineer who can play a key role in building and integrating AI capabilities into our core platforms.

This is not a support or experimental role—this position offers the opportunity to drive real-

world AI use cases that directly impact product innovation and business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams (React, Python, Java) and take ownership of designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and define high-impact AI use cases across our platforms
- Design and develop AI/ML models and solutions, including:

o LLM-based applications (GenAI use cases)

o Recommendation systems o Intelligent automation workflows

- Integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI initiatives with customer and revenue goals
- Build scalable APIs and services for AI-powered features
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and frameworks

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10 years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-

learn)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI / NLP
- Experience in building and deploying APIs and scalable solutions
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience working with backend technologies (Python/Java) and integration with frontend frameworks is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, vector databases, RAG architectures)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience in product-based or platform-driven environments
