Responsibilities & Deliverables

 Lead and manage Paradise’s ERP & LS Central function, with a team of functional and technical support resources reporting into the role

 Own the LS Central / Business Central platform end-to-end — functional configuration and technical

(AL extension) development — across POS, back-office, supply chain, and finance

 Drive the migration from Dynamics NAV 2016 / LS Nav 16 to LS Central On-Premises as part of the broader platform roadmap, managing implementation partners, budget, and project governance

 Build and grow the internal ERP/LS Central team’s functional and technical capability, reducing dependency on external partners over time

 Own BAU support and issue resolution across POS, back-office, and integrations, ensuring uptime and rapid root-cause resolution for business-critical systems

 Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to translate business requirements into functional design and technical solutions on LS Central / Business Central

 Define and govern the ERP/LS Central roadmap — new functionality, upgrades, integrations,



and technical debt reduction — aligned to business priorities

 Ensure appropriate role-based application access, data integrity, and audit/compliance conformity across the ERP landscape

 Represent the ERP/LS Central function to senior management, providing clear visibility into system health, project status, and risk

Desired Skills

 Deep functional-technical expertise in LS Central / Business Central — genuine strength in both functional configuration and technical (AL extension) development

 Proven experience leading an ERP/LS Central team, with direct people management of functional and technical resources

 Experience leading or contributing to ERP/LS Central migration or implementation projects

 Hands-on understanding of Business Central architecture, AL extensions, and integration patterns

(REST/OData APIs)

 Robust functional knowledge across POS, retail operations, warehouse/supply chain, and finance modules within LS Central / Business Central

 Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues independently

 Comfortable operating in ambiguity — able to structure a path forward with incomplete information,

competing priorities, and evolving scope

 Strong stakeholder management skills — able to communicate confidently with CXOs, business teams, and technical consultants alik
