We’re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Intern

Crafting Memories is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Intern to support our day-to-day product, kit, and shipment operations.

Location: Dehradun

Type: Full-Time Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹6,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate data for orders, kits, shipments, deliveries, and RTOs.
- Track dispatched kits and shipments and ensure their status is regularly updated.
- Handle and maintain records of RTO (Return to Origin) kits and coordinate the required next steps.
- Coordinate with the concerned team members regarding dispatch, delivery, pending shipments, and returned kits.
- Follow up on delayed, undelivered, or returned shipments wherever required.
- Maintain proper logistics and operational records in the assigned sheets/software.
- Support inventory and kit movement tracking.
- Ensure data entries are complete, accurate,



and updated on time.
- Assist the operations team with other logistics-related activities when required.

Who Should Apply?

- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer operations
- Able to work with MIS, CRM, or other operational software as required
- Responsible with follow-ups and record keeping
- Detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies
- Willing to learn logistics and operational processes
- Able to work in a structured and disciplined setting
