Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position oversees end-to-end logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement and storage of products.

Daily responsibilities include managing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse processes, and coordinating with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing cost-effective logistics strategies.

Manager also collaborates with customer service and procurement teams to maintain service standards, support demand forecasting, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills for handling end-to-end operations.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills for tracking stock levels and optimizing warehouse efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Procurement skills for coordinating with vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely sourcing of goods.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for managing delivery expectations, resolving shipment issues, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, business, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or entertainment-related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and logistics or ERP software.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage cross-functional coordination, and maintain clear written and verbal communication.
