Position: Logistics Executive

Industry: FMCG Food

Location: Sector 37 Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 3+Years

Salary – Upto 35K

Timing – 10 AM to 8 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations.
- Plan and track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners.
- Prepare and maintain logistics, dispatch, and delivery documents.
- Track vehicle movement and update delivery status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Handle delivery issues, delays, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain logistics reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Logistics/Dispatch.
- FMCG/Food industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of transportation and delivery operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
