About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations of our corrugated box manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods while coordinating with transporters, customers, production, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of corrugated boxes and finished goods.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle placement and timely dispatch.
- Arrange vehicles according to delivery requirements, quantity, and destination.
- Track dispatched shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain proper records of dispatches, vehicles, delivery status, and transportation details.
- Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents,



invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR/GR, etc.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.
- Follow up with transporters regarding delays, vehicle issues, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain transporter records and monitor transportation costs.
- Handle day-to-day logistics-related issues and coordinate for their timely resolution.
- Ensure proper loading of goods and optimum utilization of vehicle capacity.
- Maintain MIS/reports related to dispatch, deliveries, pending shipments, and transporter performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during loading and dispatch.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
