About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Logistics Executive to take end-to-end ownership of delivery operations at our Faridabad warehouse. In this role, you will be the driving force behind improving delivery success rates, minimizing RTO%, managing high-volume NDR workflows, and holding courier partners accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

- NDR & Customer Calling: Drive outbound calling, SMS, and WhatsApp workflows to resolve delivery exceptions, verify addresses, and cut RTO rates.
- Courier Escalation & Tracking: Flag fake delivery attempts or suspicious remarks immediately, coordinating directly with courier partners and aggregators.
- WMS & Pre-Dispatch Audits: Work inside WMS software to track dispatches, identify duplicate or suspicious orders,



and validate shipping details.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate daily across warehouse teams, Customer Experience (CX), and courier partners to eliminate fulfillment bottlenecks.
- Reporting & KPIs: Track daily delivery rate, NDR resolution rate, and delayed order closures via Excel/Google Sheets.

Must-Haves:

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce logistics, last-mile operations, or NDR calling.
- Hands-on proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and logistics dashboards.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (fluent in English & Hindi) across customer phone calls and formal courier escalation emails.
- Solid ownership mindset with high proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
