Logistics Executive – Customs, Export & Vendor Coordination

CG Carbon India Pvt. Limited is hiring a Logistics Executive to manage domestic and export logistics operations, including customs documentation, shipment coordination, and rate negotiation with CHA agents, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily logistics and dispatch activities

Handle inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & export)

Prepare and manage customs and export documentation such as:





Commercial invoices

Packing lists

Shipping bills

Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

Certificate of Origin

E-way bills and statutory documents

Coordinate with CHA agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters

Negotiate freight rates and service terms with CHA, forwarders, and transporters

Ensure smooth customs clearance and regulatory compliance

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Resolve logistics delays and transportation issues

Maintain logistics MIS, reports, and documentation

Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency
