Loan Servicing Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Loan Servicing Systems Specialist to support U.S. mortgage loan servicing operations. The role involves loan boarding, transaction processing, data validation, reporting, system monitoring, and Tier 1 application support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform daily loan boarding and validate loan data, balances, and rejects.
- Monitor servicing systems, data interfaces, and system activities.
- Provide Tier 1 support for user access, passwords, and basic application issues.
- Run and validate daily/weekly/monthly reports and reconciliation activities.
- Process servicing transactions, transfer letters, payment stops, and system updates.
- Review tickets, letters, and servicing activities for accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to IT/Tier 2 teams.
- Work closely with U.S.-based servicing and operations teams.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan operations, or financial data processing.
- 2+ years of application/system support experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, data imports/exports.
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, XML, or automation is an advantage.
- Experience with MSP, Encompass, FICS, Clarifire, or similar mortgage systems is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet SLAs.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Teynampet, Chennai office.
