Credit Executive Position Overview The Credit Executive will be responsible for handling loan leads, collecting and verifying customer documents, conducting KYC and credit checks, preparing Credit Appraisal Notes (CAMs), identifying fraud and credit risk indicators, and coordinating approved cases with the Disbursement team.

Key Responsibilities Collect and verify KYC, income, bank statements, employment, and other required loan documents. Perform basic credit assessment and prepare accurate Credit Appraisal Notes (CAMs). Review credit bureau reports and identify risks, deviations, or inconsistencies in customer profiles. Identify potential fraud, misrepresentation, or other risk indicators and escalate cases as per company policy. Update customer and case information accurately in the CRM and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with the Disbursement team to ensure approved cases are processed smoothly and on time. Reach out to customers to explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the next steps. Follow established credit policies, processes, and compliance requirements while evaluating cases.



Maintain timely follow-ups on pending documents and ensure cases move efficiently through the credit process. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive financial documents responsibly

Competencies • Good understanding of basic credit assessment and loan processing.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and risk indicators.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and maintain accurate case records.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and time-sensitive environment.
- Basic knowledge of KYC, credit bureau reports, bank statements, and income verification.

Preferred Experience Prior experience in credit operations, lending, fintech, NBFCs, banking, loan processing, or customerfacing financial services roles will be preferred.

Reporting The Credit

Executive will report to the Credit / Sanction Team Lead or designated reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
