Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, disciplined Loading & Unloading Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day loading and unloading operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, timely, and accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining strict quality, safety, and documentation standards during all container and vehicle loading/unloading activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLoading & Unloading Operations

- Supervise daily loading and unloading of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods (bags, cartons, jumbo bags, pallets) into/from trucks and containers
- Ensure correct quantity, weight, and product matching against dispatch/purchase orders before loading
- Coordinate with transporters, container agents, and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement and turnaround
- Supervise proper container stuffing to maximize load efficiency while preventing damage during transit




- Ensure correct use of pallets, dunnage, and securing materials (straps, liners) for safe transportation

Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations, preferably in a food/agro-processing or export-oriented manufacturing environment
- Language: Working knowledge of Hindi/local language required; basic English for documentation preferred
