Job Summary

ARASPL Steels Private Limited is looking for a responsible and physically active Loading & Unloading Executive for our Raipur operations. The candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicles, coordinating loading and unloading of steel products, checking material movement and ensuring safe and timely dispatch/receipt of materials.

Loading & Unloading Workflow

Vehicle Requirement → Vehicle Arrangement → Vehicle Reporting → Loading Preparation → Product Loading → Material Checking → Vehicle Dispatch → Unloading Coordination → Material Placement → Delivery / Stock Update

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and coordinate trucks/vehicles as per loading and unloading requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and transporters for vehicle reporting and movement.
- Handle loading and unloading of steel products, structural steel and related materials.
- Ensure proper and protected loading of steel materials into vehicles.
- Check material quantity and basic product details during loading/unloading.
- Coordinate with warehouse/yard and dispatch teams.
- Ensure materials are properly placed and handled to avoid damage.
- Monitor vehicle loading/unloading time and report delays.
- Assist in vehicle entry, dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Maintain basic records of vehicle movement and material loading/unloading.




- Follow safety procedures during material handling and vehicle operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors for daily loading, unloading and dispatch activities.

Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in loading/unloading, logistics, transport, warehouse or steel yard operations preferred.
- Experience in steel industry / steel trading / fabrication / construction material handling will be an advantage.
- Should be physically fit and comfortable working in a yard/warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of steel products and material handling preferred.
- Good coordination with drivers, transporters and workers.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Willing to work according to loading/unloading and dispatch requirements.

Qualification Relevant work experience will be given preference.
