Job Responsibilities
Supervise loading and dispatch activities at the plant.
Ensure proper loading of finished products into vehicles.
Verify product quantity, bags/material and dispatch details before loading.
Allocate loading work to workers and ensure timely completion.
Ensure protected handling and stacking of products during loading.
Coordinate with Dispatch, Stores, Production and Transport teams.
Maintain loading/dispatch records as required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the loading area.
Monitor vehicle placement and loading sequence.
- Report any shortage, damage or discrepancy immediately to the concerned authority.
