The selected candidate will work directly with the partners on matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across India, Tribunals and District Courts, with hands on involvement in:
1. Legal research using portals like SCC Online and formulation of case strategy.
2. Drafting of petitions, pleadings and written submissions in a time bound manner.
3. Client conferences and briefings
4. Coordination with Senior counsels and case management.
5. Court appearances across diverse practice areas including but not limited to constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration matters.
