We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux Engineer with 810 years of hands-on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu operating systems.
The candidate should have experience working in Oracle ExaCC environments, supporting Oracle ExaCC platforms The role requires solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, customer coordination and stakeholder management skills, particularly during high-severity production outages.
Work on ServiceNow (SNOW) Incidents, Service Requests, Changes and Problem tickets.
Support P1/P2 issue with top priority and restore the services.
Prepare detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for major incidents and P1 outages.
Identify and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues.
Coordinate with Network, Firewall, Storage, Database, Cloud and Application teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
