We're hiring someone who can turn the core team's ideas and experience into LinkedIn content that sounds like them. You'll shape content strategy for their profiles and write in each person's voice. You'll also manage InboxKit's company social accounts, including LinkedIn and X (Twitter). LinkedIn writing is the main focus of this role.

What you will do

● Build LinkedIn content strategies for core team members, with clear audiences, themes and goals.





● Turn their ideas and perspectives into original posts that preserve each person's voice.

● Write and edit posts, and use audience response to improve future content.

● Handle basic publishing, comment replies and performance reporting across company social accounts.

What we are looking for

● Excellent LinkedIn copywriting or ghostwriting, backed by previous work.

● The ability to write distinctly for different people and make their ideas clear and engaging.

● Strong content fundamentals: understanding the audience, finding a practical angle, writing a strong opening and developing a clear point.

● Good editorial judgment and the ability to explain why a post works

A plus: Experience writing for B2B companies or in the email marketing space.

Our approach to AI

AI-assisted writing is fine. You must still be able to think, write and edit independently. Every post should sound natural and specific to the person behind it. Generic AI phrasing and formulaic writing will not meet the bar.
