Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through LinkedIn, building professional connections, generating B2B leads, handling client communication, supporting digital marketing activities and developing long-term professional relationships.

Business Development Workflow

LinkedIn Research → Industry / Client Identification → Connection Building → Lead Generation → Requirement Understanding → Client Communication → Business Discussion → Follow-up → Lead Conversion → Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the company's LinkedIn business presence and professional network.
- Identify potential customers, companies, EPC contractors, consultants, project developers and other relevant business prospects through LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain professional connections with decision-makers and potential clients.
- Generate and qualify B2B business leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Communicate with prospects through LinkedIn, email and professional business calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned internal team for further discussion.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain proper lead and enquiry records.
- Support business development activities and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare and publish professional company-related content, updates and business posts.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online brand-building activities.
- Track LinkedIn activities, leads, engagement and business-development results.
- Prepare regular LinkedIn and digital marketing MIS reports for management.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.





Candidate Profile
- B.Tech Graduate with a professional educational background.
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn Business Development, Digital Marketing, B2B Sales or Lead Generation preferred.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn for business networking and lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident in handling client interactions, business calls and professional correspondence.
- Smart, proactive, presentable and professionally groomed.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and business productivity tools.
- Comfortable working with senior management and business clients.
- Candidates with a strong interest in B2B Business Development and Digital Marketing are preferred.

Qualification B.Tech / B.E. in any relevant discipline.

Candidates with additional knowledge or certification in Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Business Development or B2B Sales will be preferred.
