Role Description This is a full time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Nasik.

The Life Insurance

Agent will identify and approach prospective clients, understand their financial goals and protection needs, and recommend suitable LIC insurance products. The role includes explaining policy features and benefits, providing accurate information on premiums and terms, and assisting clients with documentation, applications, and policy servicing. The agent will maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, handle queries and claims-related support, and engage in regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.





The position also involves meeting sales targets, participating in training programs, and coordinating with branch and regional offices to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and manage LIC products.

- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to guide clients on suitable financial and protection solutions.

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools for managing leads, documentation, and reporting.

- Candidates should possess strong ethical standards, reliability, and a client-centric approach, with a focus on long-term relationships.

- Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is beneficial; a relevant degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
