Job Overview

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of life insurance policy renewals and claims. You will drive policy retention through timely premium reminders and guide beneficiaries through a compassionate, compliant claims process.

Key Responsibilities

- Renewals & Retention: Monitor renewal schedules, issue payment reminders, manage lapsed policy revivals, and resolve billing discrepancies to maximize retention.
- Claims Processing: Intake, verify, and process death, maturity, and disability claims. Review medical/legal records, verify beneficiaries, calculate final payout settlements, and route suspicious claims for investigation.
- Customer Support:



Serve as an empathetic primary contact for beneficiaries and advise agents or policyholders on renewal terms and claim status.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure strict adherence to insurance regulations, KYC/AML checks, and internal SLAs while maintaining accurate records in the insurance database/CRM.

Qualifications

- Experience: 24 years in life insurance operations, servicing, renewals, or claims processing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; skilled insurance certifications (e.g., LOMA) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong empathy, high detail orientation, proficiency in core insurance software/CRMs, and solid knowledge of life insurance products and claim regulations.
