- Trademark matters end to end: applications, examination replies, and oppositions
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Advising a diverse client base across sectors
- Investment transactions: due diligence, SPAs, and SHAs
- Trust matters and FCRA compliance
Who we are looking for:
- LLB with BCI enrollment
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Someone who can handle matters independently
