Position - Leasing Manager
Education - Any Degree
Experience - 3yrs and above
Identify potential locations for current dental clinics based on business expansion plans
Identify high-potential areas based on population, residential density, commercial activity, accessibility, visibility and competition.
Prepare site feasibility reports and recommendations for management approval
Compare multiple locations and recommend the most commercially viable option
Negotiate rental, security deposit, lock-in period, escalation, rent-free period and other commercial terms with landlords
Coordinate with the Projects team for site handover and clinic setup
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
