Role & responsibilities

- Drive Learning Experiences: Plan and deliver engaging Induction, Soft Skills and Employee Development programs through online and offline formats across locations.

- Create & Innovate: Develop presentations, e-learning modules, videos, quizzes and other learning content using Canva, Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe, Prezi, AI tools and emerging digital platforms.

- Own Training Execution: Prepare training calendars, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless execution of learning programs.

- Turn Data into Insights: Track participation, feedback, training hours, costs and effectiveness, and create meaningful MIS and management reports.

- Explore & Experiment: Discover recent AI tools, learning technologies and digital platforms to make learning smarter and more engaging.

- Collaborate & Connect: Partner with business teams, trainers and stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver relevant solutions.

- Improve Continuously: Analyse learner feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall learning experience and training effectiveness.
