Requirements
- corporate/transactional legal experience.
- Startup or fast-paced legal environment experience.
- Strong contract drafting and redlining skills.
- Hands-on MCA/ROC filing experience.
- Experience supporting fundraising and due diligence.
- Knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR, and data privacy.
- Exposure to US/EU contracts and SEBI/FEMA regulations.
- Robust written English, organization, and deadline management.
