Summary:

The Lead Technical Program Manager will drive end-to-end delivery for the FRM Parity project within AI & Decision Product Enablement. This role will partner across product, engineering, architecture, customer success, BizOps, release management, and leadership teams to translate business and technical priorities into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. The TPM will manage scope, risks, issues, delivery health, stakeholder communications, release readiness, and escalation paths across multiple concurrent workstreams.

The role requires strong technical fluency, structured execution, comfort operating through ambiguity, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around commitments, trade-offs, and delivery decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage project plans, milestones, dependency tracker, RAID log, Jira/monday.com visibility, status reporting, leadership updates, delivery checkpoints, and release readiness coordination.
- Engage frequently with product, engineering, architecture, BizOps, customer success PMT, BEARS, release management, finance/governance partners, and leadership stakeholders.
- Support customer-impacting delivery discussions by translating technical progress, risks, options, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technology/program delivery, with specific experience as a TPM, PMT, delivery lead, product development, or technical project/program manager.




- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP, Secure, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent delivery certifications preferred but not required with strong experience.

Required Skills:

- Technical program delivery: 2 years leading complex, cross-functional technology programs with integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-ready status reporting.
- Agile/Jira execution and delivery governance: 2 years managing sprint/PI planning, backlog visibility, RAID logs, dependency tracking, delivery health metrics, and release readiness.
- Technical fluency across enterprise platforms: understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud/infrastructure dependencies, production readiness, incident/risk management, and software delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

- Stakeholder alignment and communication: able to translate technical detail into clear decisions, risks, trade-offs, and business outcomes for engineering teams and leadership.
- Ownership and execution discipline: drives clarity, follows through on commitments, holds owners accountable, and keeps delivery moving through ambiguity.
- Problem solving and collaboration: proactively identifies blockers, facilitates resolution across teams, and maintains a calm, fact-based approach during escalations.
