About The Department

- The Data Engineering team builds and enables enterprise data platforms that power analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence-driven insights across the organization. Data engineers, analytics professionals, and business stakeholders collaborate to deliver scalable data products, cloud lakehouse capabilities, and self-service analytics solutions. Team members work on modern technologies, solve complex data challenges, and help drive enterprise-wide data innovation.

Experience

- 10+ years of data engineering experience.
- 3+ years of people or technical leadership experience.
- Experience scaling enterprise data platforms.

- Experience delivering batch and near real-time pipelines.
- Experience working within cloud-native environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

- Advanced Structured Query Language expertise.

- Robust data modeling and optimization skills.
- Strong Python, Spark, and PySpark knowledge.
- Experience with Snowflake and lakehouse architectures.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services services.

- Knowledge of governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices.

Soft Skills

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
