nTata Electronics is seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR digital transformation, SAP SuccessFactors strategy, SAP BTP innovation, system implementation, enhancements and support across a large manufacturing enterprise.

nIndustry Experience

NManufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Engineering or similar large-scale industries.

NSAP BTP Experience

nExperience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Build Apps, Build Process Automation, API Management and AI capabilities.

NTechnical Skills

nSuccessFactors EC, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession, People Analytics, CPI/Integration Suite, APIs and Reporting.

NLeadership Competencies
