We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead and manage our SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP FICO modules, project management, and a proven track record of delivering successful SAP implementations. Should have experience of S4 Hana Implementation and Support projects.

10 to 15 years (7-10 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP

FICO).

Minimum Two End-End Implementation experience must required.

Strong experinece in SAP CO

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Coordinate with ABAP development teams for custom enhancements and developments.
- Design and implement SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with business processes.
- Perform configuration and customization activities.
- Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and resolve complex business issues.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
