Qualifications

- Education:
- Diploma (D.E) or Bachelors degree (B.E) in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation.
- Experience - 15 to 20 years in the oil & gas construction industry.

Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership

- Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) team at the yard.
- Direct, motivate, and train team members to achieve operational efficiency.
- Manage succession planning, shift activities, performance appraisals, and feedback.

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication

- Engage with technology suppliers, clients, construction groups, procurement, and site teams.
- Address client requirements, scope changes, and ensure delivery of technical deliverables.
- Conduct meetings to align project execution with client expectations.

3. Project Execution

- Handle project activities related to utilities, machines, and manpower.
- Monitor overall operations to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Plan manpower resources and track project progress.

4. Technical Expertise

- Provide creative problem-solving and troubleshooting for E&I; systems.
- Ensure meticulous detailing in engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.




- Coordinate with inter-discipline design and detail engineering teams for technical clarifications.

5. Operational Oversight

- Ensure uninterrupted construction activities by resolving technical queries.
- Monitor project milestones and implement corrective measures for delays.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Desired Skills

- Electrical & Instrumentation Systems Solid knowledge of utilities, machines, and control systems.
- Project Management Experience in planning, monitoring, and execution of large-scale projects.
- Client Interaction Ability to manage client requirements and scope changes effectively.
- Team Development Skilled in mentoring, succession planning, and performance management.
- Technical Documentation Expertise in engineering drawings, specifications, and detailing.
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination Collaboration with design and engineering teams for smooth execution.
