Kitchen365 is a marketing agency specializing in Kitchen & Bath industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, highly analytical, hands-on Lead Paid Media Manager with 5+ years of proven marketing experience. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of building marketing performance dashboards, analyzing data, and writing transparent executive conclusions. In addition to traditional campaign management, you have spent the last year actively leveling up your technical skill set using AI tools to scale marketing operations across multiple client accounts and you can demonstrate during the interview process.

- Campaign strategy, design and execution: Execute in any/all areas of Paid Search marketing, Nice to have: Social media marketing, Email, SEO, AEO.
- Strategize, manage, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google and Bing to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI.
- Dashboards & Strategic Storytelling: Build, manage, and interpret multi-channel marketing dashboards (GA4, ad platforms, CRM data) to evaluate campaign performance and translate raw metrics into actionable strategic insights and reports for clients.




- Leveraging AI to scale: Leverage Claude to automate and scale core marketing tasks—such as content generation, campaign optimization, SEO workflows, and email distribution—across multiple clients.
- Digital Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day digital marketing campaigns, balancing traditional growth strategies for clients.
- Data-Backed Iteration: Continuously audit marketing pipelines, refine agent prompts and workflows based on performance data, and optimize conversion funnels.

Requirements

- 5+ years of Google/Bing paid media management experience with a strong portfolio of building marketing performance dashboards and writing strategic reporting conclusions.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience directly working with US-based clients.
- A blend of analytical rigor, storytelling capability, and a hacker’s mindset for automation,
