Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Lead Manager to manage incoming leads, ensure timely follow-ups, qualify prospects and coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track all incoming leads through CRM/Excel.
- Make timely calls and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings/calls between prospects and the sales/investment team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update lead status regularly.
- Follow up with prospects until closure or final status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly lead and conversion reports.
- Re-engage old and pending leads.
- Ensure no lead is missed or left without follow-up.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in lead management, telecalling,



sales coordination, customer relationship or financial services.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid organisational and coordination skills.
- Confident and professional communication with clients.
- Experience in investment/wealth management, mutual funds, PMS, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Target-oriented and proactive.
- Candidate willing to travel in another city/state.
- Good at maintaining systematic follow-ups.
- Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM/lead management systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
