Roles and Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and monitor new business opportunities through international donor portals (World Bank, UNDP, AfDB, ADB, and other UN agencies) and national procurement platforms such as GeM and various e-Procurement portals, ensuring timely participation in relevant tenders/Projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Review and analyze Terms of Reference (TOR), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and other bidding documents in detail.
- Track all key requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission conditions outlined in the solicitation documents.
- Monitor and manage proposal timelines, including clarification deadlines and final submission dates.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of opportunities, document requirements, and compliance checklists.




- Coordinate internally to ensure timely collection of required documents and information for submission.

Experience 1-4 years of relevant experience

Skills

- Report-writing skills: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows.
- Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and equipment; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of the sector like Setting, Information Technology (IT), Climate Change, Social & Gender, Power, and WASH and comprehensive understanding of ongoing projects in the market, both nationally and internationally.
- In-depth awareness of industry trends, donor-funded programs, and global development initiatives relevant to the organization’s services.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
