: Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Sourcing: Actively research, identify, and compile targeted lists of B2B prospects using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar databases.
- Email Marketing: Draft, launch, and manage cold email sequences; monitor deliverability, track open/response rates, and continuously A/B test copy.
- Outreach: Conduct personalized social selling, connect with decision-makers, and manage outbound messaging campaigns.
- Content Posting: Coordinate and schedule high-quality qualified content on company and executive profiles to establish industry authority.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, engage with industry-relevant posts, and nurture inbound interactions to build a vibrant digital community.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven track record in B2B lead generation or sales development (SDR/BDR).
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting high-converting email and copy.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and campaign optimization.
- Highly organized with a data-driven mindset to analyze campaign performance metrics.
