Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can identify relevant business prospects and generate qualified leads through Cold Email, WhatsApp, Apollo, LinkedIn and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B prospects.
- Find decision-makers, business owners and relevant contacts.
- Build targeted prospect databases.
- Run personalized cold email campaigns.
- Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Use Apollo for prospect research and lead generation.
- Use LinkedIn for business prospecting and outreach.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
- Follow up with prospects systematically.




- Qualify interested prospects and generate meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Track responses, meetings and conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation/outreach.
- Hands-on experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
- Working knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of B2B prospecting.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
