Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Multi-Channel Outreach Executive who can use multiple digital channels to identify prospects, start conversations and generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through multiple online channels.
- Identify and research suitable businesses.
- Find relevant decision-makers and contact details.
- Build prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Execute cold email campaigns.
- Conduct WhatsApp marketing and direct outreach.
- Engage prospects through LinkedIn.
- Use AI tools to improve research, personalization and outreach efficiency.
- Create professional and personalized messages.
- Follow up systematically across different channels.
- Qualify prospects based on interest and business requirements.
- Schedule qualified meetings for sales representatives.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
- Track outreach metrics and conversion rates.
- Report daily/weekly progress.




- Experiment with new outreach strategies to improve lead quality and response rates.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, business development or sales development.
- Hands-on experience with Cold Email, WhatsApp Outreach, Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of B2B prospecting.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work with daily/monthly targets.
- Proactive, energetic and result-oriented approach.
