Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to identify potential business prospects, connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and research relevant business prospects and potential clients.
- Run cold email, WhatsApp Marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Use Apollo and LinkedIn to identify prospects and build targeted lead lists.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, message personalization and outreach activities.
- Follow up systematically with prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and lead-generation records.
- Track responses,



follow-ups, meetings and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, BDE, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales or similar roles.
- Experience with cold email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.
- Knowledge of Apollo or similar lead-generation tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and outreach.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with strong B2B sales/outreach experience are encouraged to apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
