About the Position

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive with strong interest in outbound sales and digital prospecting. The role will focus on finding the right prospects and engaging them through personalized email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication.

Responsibilities

- Research potential customers using Apollo, LinkedIn and Google.
- Create targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, company size and business requirements.
- Execute daily cold email campaigns.
- Write personalized and engaging outreach emails.
- Manage email follow-ups and response tracking.
- Connect with prospects through WhatsApp.
- Use LinkedIn to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Utilize AI tools for prospect research, content creation and personalization.




- Identify interested prospects and qualify them.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities.
- Test different subject lines, messaging and follow-up strategies.
- Improve response and meeting-generation rates.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in cold emailing or outbound lead generation.
- Familiarity with Apollo and LinkedIn.
- WhatsApp outreach experience.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Good research and communication abilities.
- Strong target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
