Job Title: Lead Generation & Business Prospecting Executive

About the Role The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects and creating qualified opportunities through Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Apollo and AI-powered research.

Responsibilities

- Understand the target customer profile.
- Search for businesses matching the required criteria.
- Research company information and key decision-makers.
- Create and maintain prospect lists.
- Use Apollo to identify relevant contacts.
- Conduct LinkedIn research and outreach.
- Send personalized cold emails.
- Perform WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Use AI tools to improve prospect research and communication.
- Track prospect conversations and follow-up dates.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.




- Generate meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activity.
- Work toward agreed lead-generation KPIs.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or business prospecting.
- Apollo and LinkedIn experience.
- Cold email and WhatsApp outreach knowledge.
- AI tool familiarity.
- Strong written communication.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
