Job Responsibilities :

. Closely supervise all civil construction activities at various Well sites, Group Gathering Stations, Water gathering stations, Compressor stations, Pipeline corridor and well site approaches etc.,

- Co-ordinate for timely release of Construction Drawings and Specifications
- Study construction schedules, estimating man-power requirements for completion of job assignments.

- Compliance to HSE requirements
- Ensuring compliance to project documentation, standards, permits and statutory regulations
- Coordination with field engineering cell.

- Material management
- Joint measurement sheet preparation/certification.
- Construction contractor work plan review, query resolution, resource management.
- Ensure compliance with construction procedures, ITP#s and best engineering practices.
- Participate in construction review meeting, constructability workshop, etc.

- Material reconciliation
- Coordination with drilling team for situation based assistance to drilling teams for smooth completion of activities.
- Preparation of HITRA, Risk register and related HSE formats and procedures.
- Participate in construction review meeting, constructability workshop, etc.
- Reconciliation of free issue materials as per the contract/procedure/applicable standards.
- Measurement and work certification,



providing necessary assistance for service entries.
- Coordinating with Project team members for execution budget requirements.
- Providing assistance in settlement of change order claims received from contractors.
- Management of Change and execution of works in accordance with the project execution framework
- Mentoring and engaging team members
- Preparation of SAP based PR/WOR

Education Requirement :

- Graduate Engineer # Civil

Experience Requirement :

- Graduate Engineer # Civil
- Relevant 10 -12 years of experience in Construction supervisor and management of Oil & gas industry, Refinery, Pipeline etc.
- Should have hands on work experience of all types of Civil Construction works in Refinery /Pipelines/Petrochemical plants and Oil & Gas industry.
- Should have hands on work experience in land development, construction of road works etc.,
- Have exposure to architectural works.
- Should have ability to resolve Technical issues at site.
- Ability to execute all assigned works with highest HSE and Quality standards. Upfront risk assessment and implementation of control measures to achieve the goals.
- Have exposure to other discipline works in general and Civil and structural works in particular
- Exposure to measurement methods of various civil works and standards

Skills & Competencies :

- Good communication, analytical skills and to be team player.
- Familiar with applicable codes and standards
- Team player and capable to manage medium size team
