Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end order management for B2B marketplace accounts order intake, validation, processing, and exception handling.

- Coordinate daily fulfilment operations with warehousing and logistics teams to meet marketplace SLAs for dispatch and delivery.

- Track and resolve order exceptions (short shipments, delays, cancellations, returns) in partnership with logistics providers and marketplace support teams.

- Monitor fill rates, on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery, and other fulfillment KPIs; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for misses.

- Work with planning teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with B2B demand and marketplace commitments.

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and courier partners, including performance reviews and issue escalation.

- Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track order status, fulfillment performance, and logistics costs for leadership visibility.

- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time, fulfillment errors, and logistics cost.





- Support recent marketplace onboarding and new product launches from an order-fulfillment readiness standpoint.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-6 years of experience in order management, fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics operations, ideally with exposure to B2B or marketplace channels.

- Working knowledge of order-to-delivery processes, warehouse operations, and last-mile/logistics partner management.

- Comfortable working with data Excel/Google Sheets fluency required; familiarity with order management systems (OMS/WMS/ERP) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot patterns in operational data and drive fixes.

- Clear communicator who can coordinate across internal teams (planning, warehousing, tech) and external partners (marketplaces, logistics providers).

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.

- Bachelor's degree required; a background in operations, supply chain, or business is preferred.

- Prior experience working directly with B2B marketplace platforms or e-commerce order systems.
