1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop and build enterprise-grade applications using LLMs, Voice AI, and Automation.
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using RAG, agents, and tool-calling frameworks.
- Develop and deploy real-time Voice AI features including speech-to-text, streaming audio, and conversational agents.
- Integrate and optimize models (GPT-4, Claude) for performance, accuracy, cost, and latency.
- Build robust backends using Python, FastAPI, and microservices architecture.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for R&D; and implement monitoring/evaluation frameworks.

1. KEY SKILLS:

Must-Have: Python, Microservices, FastAPI, REST APIs, WebSockets, LangChain, OpenAI (GPT-4/Claude), LLM, RAG, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma), Speech-to-Text, OpenAI Realtime API, LiveKit, LangGraph Good-to-Have: PyTorch/TensorFlow, Model Optimization, Fine-tuning/LoRA, JavaScript/TypeScript, Prompt Engineering, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI
