We are hiring a Lead Accountant with robust R2R/General Ledger experience and proven team management capabilities. The role will be responsible for managing accounting operations, driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day R2R activities including Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidation, Month-End Close and Fixed Assets.

- Lead and manage the accounting team.

- Monitor team performance and ensure delivery against SLAs.

- Train and mentor team members on F&A; processes.

- Identify and execute process simplification and transformation initiatives.

- Maintain process documentation, knowledge repositories and version control.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

- Motivate team members to achieve performance objectives.

- Implement and monitor process controls and quality assurance measures.

- Identify risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions.





- Manage delivery of GL services in accordance with agreed client requirements.

- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 15 years of formal education.

- CA/CPA/Qualified Accountant or Intermediate Accountant preferred/required.

- Minimum 5 years of F&A; experience, including 2+ years of GL/R2R experience.

- Strong people management and team leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of F&A; processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in process simplification/transformation.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
