Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role located in Gurugram. The Lawyer will handle day-to-day tasks such as drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, as well as preparing pleadings, notices, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities include appearing before courts, tribunals, and other authorities, conducting legal research, and analyzing statutes, case law, and regulations. The role involves advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks, participating in negotiations and settlements, and maintaining accurate case files and documentation. The Lawyer will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines,



and support the firm’s business development and compliance activities.

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation, including contracts, pleadings, notices, opinions, and client correspondence.
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with confidence in representing clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution and enrollment with the relevant Bar Council.
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred; exposure to civil, commercial, or corporate matters is an advantage.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
